Qualification systems
Aim of the qualification systems
ITALFERR S.p.A.’s qualification systems define lists of Parties of proven suitability from within which ITALFERR S.p.A. will identify those to be invited to participate in tenders for the provision of services.
Structure of the qualification systems
The qualification systems are formed by the following documents:
General regulations
These define the requirements which must be possessed by the Service Providers in order to obtain qualification to the System as well as the suitable documentation required to prove possession of said requirements.
Annexes
- Request form: this is the facsimile to be used for presentation of qualification request.
- Questionnaire: this is an information schedule relevant to the general, economic-financial and technical requirements possessed by the parties requesting qualification.
- Economic-financial suitability procedure: this defines the procedure used by ITALFERR S.p.A. to assess the economic reliability of the qualifying parties.
- Procedure for management of reliability index for service providers: this defines the procedure used by ITALFERR S.p.A. to set up the system for continuous control of the services provided by the parties awarded contract services by ITALFERR S.p.A.
- Models of declaration: this is the facsimile to be used for presentation of qualification request.
Reimbursement
Method for payment of technical-administrative reimbursable expenses and billing: in accordance with each Qualification Regulations, payment of the technical-administrative reimbursable expenses must be made by bank transfer to the following bank:

The reason for payment and the following data must be specified:
- Qualification System - SQ...
- Name, address and VAT no. or tax code of the Party making the payment.
In order to issue an invoice, the qualifying parties should send a copy of the bank transfer request, clearly showing the above-mentioned data, by fax (06/49752221) to ITALFERR S.p.A. – Administration and Management Control Department.
