Ethical code
The Ethical Code of Ferrovie dello Stato Group stresses accountability and ethical commitments that the Group intends to meet in carrying out its activities.
Italferr’s Management Board, implementing instructions from Italy’s State Railway, has founded the Ethics Committee, in a consultative and advisory capacity, as contemplated in the Code of Ethics.
Italferr’s Ethics Committee is made up of:
Human Resources and Coordination Manager
Legal Manager
Administration and Organization Control Manager
Auditor (external).
