Ongoing Professional Qualification for Geologists

Training day entitled “Health & Safety in the Geological Survey sites” as per Legis. Decr. 81/08

On   9 June 2016 in Bologna (Italy) on the premises of the Regional Government of Emilia Romagna, viale Silvani 6 - Sala 5 (Room 5), a 5-hour training day dedicated to “Health & Safety on the Geological Survey Sites” will be held.

Proposed and set up by Italferr together with the National Council of Geologists (pursuant to article 7 of Presidential Decree n. 137 of 7 August 2012 and Circular n. 377 of 30.01.2014.), the training scheme has been approved by the Italian National Committee for Ongoing Professional Qualification of the Italian Council of Geologists and is worth n. 10 professional credits.

N. 5 (five) credits are sufficient to retain the credentials for Site Safety Coordination (Title IV Legis. Decr. 81/08).

As there will be a final examination, the Geologists will be  awarded n.10 (ten)  Ongoing Professional Qualification APC credits for the Geologists' Association.

Enrolments on the course will be accepted on a first come-first served basis up to a maximum number of  60 (sixty) participants.
