The website of Italferr SpA (herein after, for the sake of brevity, the Website) is intended to provide users with institutional information regarding the corporate structure and the engineering and architectural services offered on the market, relating to the main sectors of transport infrastructure: rail, metro, road and port. Access to and navigation of the website implies implicit acceptance of the following.
All rights to the contents (purely by way of example: texts, images, distinctive signs, audio and video files and architecture of the website) are reserved to Italferr SpA or their respective owners, in accordance with current copyright legislation, as per Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941.

The trademarks, whether they are company or product trademarks, logos, and distinctive signs that appear on the website are the property of Italferr SpA or of the other companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, pursuant to current legislation on industrial property, as set forth in Legislative Decree No. 30 of 10 February 2005 (Industrial Property Code).
Other trademarks and distinctive signs that may appear on the pages of the website belong to their respective owners.
The reproduction and use, in any context, form and manner, of trademarks, logos and distinctive signs of Italferr SpA and other companies of the FS Italiane Group is expressly forbidden.

Therefore, also in consideration of the fact that the provision of services is free of charge, Italferr does not provide any guarantee, and indeed disclaims any direct or indirect liability for any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, damages however arising from the afore mentioned contents.
