TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ETHIOPIAN RAIL CORPORATION

One of the fastest implementing countries in the transport sector.

The Ethiopian Railway Corporation (ERC) has appointed Italferr to assist and support it in developing specialised skills:

• Project Management
• Strategic planning
• Finance activities
• Regulations
• LRT contract management.

Italferr also provided "Technical Support of ERC Corporate Developments", through a shadow management mechanism, to train and mentor Ethiopian personnel in charge of the new Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit (AA LRT) line.
