The Code of Ethics clearly states the responsibilities, ethical and social commitments that the Ferrovie dello Stato Group has with the stakeholders, and outlines the rules underlying any Group action.
Italferr’s Ethics Committee
The Board of Directors of Italferr S.p.A., following the provisions of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane for the application of the rules contained in the FS Group's Code of Ethics, has established its own Ethics Committee with advisory and guiding duties, composed of:
- the HR & Organization Manager
- the Legal Manager
- the Head of Administration and Management Control
- the Audit Manager, acting as secretary to the committee.
