Italferr implements the requirements of the company's Management Systems in the activities of project management, design, contract management, direction/supervision of works and safety coordination for the execution of works, in accordance with the relevant standards.

The Company has an Integrated Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Management System, a certified BIM Management System and is accredited for project verification in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020.

Pursuing continuous improvement through change and innovation

Italferr manages the entire coordination and supervision process required by Legislative Decree No. 81/08, as amended and supplemented - Consolidated Safety Act - through the roles of Works Manager - Safety Coordinator during the Design Phase and of Safety Coordinator during the Execution Phase.

This activity allows for the proper identification of risks associated with the processing and of prevention and protection measures with determination of their costs, and the application of coordination and surveillance actions to meet safety standards during the course of the works' implementation activities.
