Within the scope of the No-Captive Market, both national and international, Italferr is involved in Design, Works Supervision and Management, General Consultancy towards public and private Clients and also towards General Contractors. Italferr provides technical support both in the bidding and post-award phases, also performing modelling, BIM Management and/or BIM Coordination activities.
To date, Italferr has significant experience in the Non-Captive market, both nationally where it was involved in the Final Project of the Padua Tramway that helped consolidate the company's expertise in the Mass Transit Market, and in projects with of international scope.
PADUA TRAMWAY
In 2019, Italferr was awarded the final design and safety coordination during the design phase of the new SIR3 tramway line in the city of Padua. The activities included the enhancement of public transport by means of the new tramway line SIR 3, Station - Voltabarozzo section. More specifically, Italferr, in the role of parent company, developed and coordinated a total of 109 models for the 11 disciplines involved for a section of about 6 km of line.
