Italferr is engaged in the field of experimentation particularly as regards the lines of the High Speed system for the analysis of the effects on railway engineering works at the passage of HS trainsets.

Experimental campaigns are carried out on HS lines in the field and in the laboratory, to evaluate the aerodynamic train/structure interaction and analyse the dynamic response of rail bridge decks to the passage of high-speed trainsets.
