BENHA PORT-SAID E ZAGAZIG- ABU KEBIR
An important contract awarded at the end of an international tender in which Italferr placed ahead of major international engineering companies.
Italferr was commissioned by ENR - Egyptian National Rail - to develop the design of the signalling systems of Corridor IV of the Egyptian infrastructure network, represented by the two strategic sections Benha-Zagazig-Ismailia-Port Said and Zagazig-Abu Kebir, for a total extension of about 214 km, 21 stations, 1 CTC (Centralised Traffic Control point) in Zagazig and 40 technological buildings.
