A moment of profound inspiration and shared values

"May the value of human labour be an instrument of elevation and a source of fraternity and social justice."

These words were spoken by Monsignor Dario Edoardo Viganò, Vice-Chancellor of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, during the blessing ceremony held today at Italferr's Rome headquarters.

The blessing was dedicated not only to those attending but to all employees of Italferr – FS Italiane Group – so that, through their work, they may continue to “guarantee valid engineering and hi-tech solutions every day, putting the fruit of their creativity at the service of the common good”.

The invitation was made by Italferr CEO and General Director Dario Lo Bosco, as a way of celebrating the openness, reflection and appreciation of Italferr's daily commitment towards the country's economy, with the company's top management, FS colleagues and other distinguished guests.

In presenting the Italferr team, Lo Bosco looked back with satisfaction on some of the main achievements in the various areas of excellence of the company, in Italy and abroad, in the belief that the value demonstrated so far will continue to drive Italferr towards goals that are increasingly inspired by the ethics of acting for the sustainable and digital development of the country.
