Italferr among the top international design firms according to ENR 2023

For the fifth consecutive year, Italferr has confirmed its standing among the top international design firms, according to the annual ranking of the US weekly, widely regarded as one of the most authoritative publications of the construction, engineering and architecture industry.

The engineering firm of FS Group's Infrastructure Hub has improved its standing on last year, ranking 143rd among the Top 225 International Design Firms, which takes into account global engineering firms by foreign turnover, and 110th among the Top 150 Global Design Firms for global turnover.

Interviewed by the magazine, Italferr’s Chief International Business Officer Roberto Borghi emphasised how the number one request received by the company from international owners is designing and delivering sustainable and resilient infrastructure. To help with the added labor such projects require, he says the company is investing in developing its services based on a holistic sustainability approach—including BIM technologies and digital innovation – to support project design, delivery, operations and maintenance
